We get together to talk about books we are reading, volunteer in the library, write book reviews, and do art projects. Bring a friend and join us!
Teen Volunteer Opportunity
Manteno Public Library offers a volunteer opportunity for teens entering 6th grade to 12th grade to help with our Summer Reading program. Volunteers help with distributing prizes, program set-up and clean-up, playing games with children, prepping crafts and other related activities.
This is a great way to get your community service hours for school, church, NHS, etc. You can find the Summer Reading Volunteer Application here or at the Circulation Desk.
