Plant Swap Drop Off begins Monday, June 22, 2026
How To Participate
Please drop off no more than three plants between June 22nd and June 26th to the Manteno Library Circulation Desk. You will receive a ticket for each plant you drop off for the plant swap. The ticket will be used to exchange for another plant(s) at the plant swap on June 27th. To ensure a fun and smooth experience for everyone, please follow the below guidelines:
- The Basics
- No Selling: This is a free community event focused on sharing. No sales of plants or materials are permitted.
- Indoor Plants Only: We are only swapping indoor houseplants, cuttings, and propagations.
- No Outdoor Plants: To protect our community’s homes from unwanted pests and invasive species (like jumping worms), please leave outdoor plants at home.
